Due to the corona pandemic we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered as quickly as normally. We normally ship within 48 hours, however once a shipment enters foreign territory it is up to the local carrier, whose status may vary vastly from country to country. Please allow a minimum of 3 days (Norway), 2 weeks (Europe) and 4 weeks (overseas), before mailing to ask about your order. Sometimes we are overloaded with work and shipping your order may take a few days, but normally we ship within 2-3 days. We ship via priority mail only. Sometimes it's fast, sometimes it's not. Not much we can do about it, so sit tight.
Also, if you order PREORDER item(s), make sure that the item(s) are actually available before you start mailing us to find out where your order is.

Når du bestiller T-skjorter, CDer, kassetter, 7"EPer etc. opptil 350 g.
- Pakkepost m/sporing (ikke LPer): 79,-
Når du bestiller T-skjorter, CDer, kassetter, 7"EPer etc. opptil 1 kg.
- Pakkepost m/sporing (inkl. LPer): 119,-
Når ordren din inkluderer minst én 10"EP, 12"EP, LP, MLP, hoodie eller stor t-skjorte/longsleeve opptil 10 kg.
NB! Siden denne nettløsningen kun regner ut ifra vekt og ikke størrelse (Postens satser er noe mer kompliserte), vil du i noen tilfeller ha mulighet til å velge feil fraktalternativ, f.eks. "Pakkepost m/sporing (ikke LPer)" når du bestiller LPer. Skulle du velge feil, vil du bli anmodet om å betale mellomværende før ordren kan sendes. Vi vil da ta kontakt. KANSELLERING AV ORDRE
Vi aksepterer ikke kanselleringer etter at en ordre er betalt. Er det noe feil med en vare du mottar vil vi selvfølgelig erstatte eller refundere den innenfor rimelighetens grenser (se disclaimer).
Når en ordre er betalt, kan den ikke reverseres.

You have several different shipping options:
- Parcel w/o tracking (no LPs) - for shipping CDs, tapes etc. unregistered
- Parcel w/o tracking - for anything incl. LPs unregistered
- Parcel w/tracking - for shipping anything registered
NB! Please note that as of May 23rd, 2020 we can no longer ship registered packages below 1 kg. So only when you shop items that weigh 1 kg or more, will you be offered the registered shipping option. This is because shipping registered packages out of Norway has become more complicated lately, and a lot of documentation is required. We simply don't have the capacity to spend the extra amount of time on shipping smaller packages registered.
NB! If you order one or more 10" / 12" / LP / MLPs ALWAYS select "Parcel w/o tracking" or Parcel w/tracking. If you select "Parcel w/o tracking (no LPs)" and have ordered one or more 10" / 12" / LP / MLPs, you will be contacted and charged extra, and it's just going to take more time before we can ship your order. If you go with the "Parcel w/tracking" i.e. REGISTERED shipping (minimum 1 kg), including 10" / 12" / LP / MLPs or not in the order will have no effect on the shipping cost.
To make the most of the shipping cost, it can be a good idea to i.e. order with friends as the more you order, the less the shipping cost per item.
Please note that ONLY "Parcel w/tracking" shipping includes tracking. Please DON'T ask for a tracking number if you have NOT selected "Parcel w/tracking".
If you live or stay in Oslo and wish to avoid shipping, you may collect your order in person. Just select "Pickup (Oslo)" when checking out. We will get in touch to set up a time and place to pick up your stuff.
NORMALLY, YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP WITHIN 1-3 DAYS. THIS IS A ONE MAN OPERATION, AND IN BUSY PERIODS ORDERS MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER TO SHIP DUE TO TIME RESTRAINTS. PLEASE BE PATIENT, AND PLEASE DON'T EMAIL EVERY OTHER DAY ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER.
Preorder items ship upon availability. We can never control 100% when an item will arrive, so have patience! Also, if your order includes both stock and preorder items, it will ship when everything is available (we will of course put aside the in stock items). If you want the in stock item(s) right away, you need to order them and the preorder item(s) separately.
Everything is packed safely in bubble wrappers (CDs only) or CD/vinyl mailers with extra corner protection, or double boxes on bigger orders. Packaging is included in the price and weight calculation.
Always make sure your correct name and address is included in every order!

ORDERS PAID WITH E-CHEQUE WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE E-CHEQUE HAS CLEARED.
ORDERS PAID WITH CREDIT CARD WILL IN SOME CASES TAKE A FEW DAYS MORE TO SHIP, WHILE WAITING FOR THE PAYMENT TO CLEAR.
We don't accept cancellations of orders anymore. If you receive a faulty item, we will of course replace or refund it (see disclaimer).
When an order has been placed, it cannot be reversed.
