Ordering information

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT accept cancellations of orders. When an order has been placed, it cannot be reversed. Also, dealing with customs (i.e. paying import taxes) is your own responsibility.  We pay plenty of taxes as it is and are not obligated to cover any extra cost that may occur upon an order entering another country, that is an issue between said country's customs and the customer. Similarly, if a package is returned to us because of customs issues or because the customer refuses to accept import fees/taxes, for the order to be re-shipped, shipping cost must be covered once again by the customer. In such cases we accept cancellations, and will refund the items ordered, however funds already spent on shipping will NOT be refunded.

NB! If you receive a faulty item, we will of course replace or refund it (see disclaimer).

Please allow a minimum of 3 days (Norway), 2 weeks (Europe) and 4 weeks (overseas), before mailing to ask about your order. Sometimes we are overloaded with work and shipping your order may take a few days, but normally we ship within 2-3 days. We ship via priority mail only. Sometimes it's fast, sometimes it's not. Not much we can do about it, so sit tight. Also, if you order PREORDER item(s), make sure that the item(s) are actually available before you start mailing us to find out where your order is.

NB! If your order includes preorder item(s), it will not ship until all items are in stock. To avoid unnecessary waiting, order in stock and preorder items separately.

Når du velger et leveringsalternativ med sporing, er det ditt eget ansvar å følge med på sendingen når du får tilsendt sporingsinfo, og hente pakken når den er klar på ditt hentested. Dersom pakken blir returnert til oss, kan vi bli fakturert for returportoen, og ikke minst må vi betale porto en gang til om vi skal sende pakken på nytt. Påløpende utgifter i slike tilfeller må dekkes av kunden. Unøvendig dyrt for deg og ekstra jobb for oss.

I Norge kan vi tilby følgende leveringsalternativer:

- Henting (kun Oslo): 0,- 
Hvis du har mulighet, kan du hente ordren hos vår samarbeidspartner Katakomben. Du vil få beskjed om når ordren er klar til å hentes.
 
- Legg til eksisterende ordre: 0,- 
Dersom du allerede har en ordre inne som ikke er sendt, kan du legge til varer i samme pakke. Dette forutsetter at frakten du allerede har betalt er nok, f.eks. Pakkepost m/sporing opptil 10 kg. NB! Velger du dette alternativet UTEN å allerede ha en usendt bestilling i systemet, vil ikke ordren bli sendt før vi har mottatt porto.

- Lite brev (u/sporing): fra 27,- 
Kun T-skjorter, CDer, kassetter, 7"EPer etc. opptil 350 g.

- Pakke m/sporing maks 3 kg: 69,-
Alt opptil 3 kg.

- Norgespakke m/sporing maks 10 kg: 129,-

NB! Kun forhåndsbetaling. Pga. behandlingstiden av betaling med kort kan det drøye noen dager før vi har betalingen, men din ordre vil ekspederes likevel.

 

KANSELLERING AV ORDRE

Vi aksepterer ikke kanselleringer etter at en ordre er betalt. Er det noe feil med en vare du mottar vil vi selvfølgelig erstatte eller refundere den innenfor rimelighetens grenser (se disclaimer).

Når en ordre er betalt, kan den ikke reverseres.

NB! After receiving your shipping confirmation, it is your responsibility as a customer to keep track of your shipment and pick it up on time if it is not delievered to your house / mailbox. In the event of returns we need to charge new shipping costs before we can re-send your order. 

NB! All prices are listed in NORWEGIAN KRONER (NOK). Please note that the conversion rate may vary. Your payment will automatically be converted to your default currency.

Shipping options are as follows:

- Parcel w/o tracking - not inc. tracking (only available up to 2 kg)
- Parcel w/tracking - inc. tracking

NB! Please note that the weight system is not 100% perfect. In some cases it might be possible to select Parcel w/o tracking even if the weight exceeds 2 kg incl. packaging. In those rare cases we will get in touch to figure out a solution.

To make the most of the shipping cost, it can be a good idea to i.e. order with friends as the more you order, the less the shipping cost per item.

Please note that ONLY "Parcel w/tracking" shipping includes tracking. Please DON'T ask for a tracking number if you have NOT selected "Parcel w/tracking". 

If you live or stay in Oslo and wish to avoid shipping, you may collect your order in person. Just select "Pickup (Oslo)" when checking out. We will get in touch to set up a time and place to pick up your stuff.

 

GENERAL INFO:

NORMALLY, YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP WITHIN 1-3 DAYS. THIS IS A ONE MAN OPERATION, AND IN BUSY PERIODS ORDERS MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER TO SHIP DUE TO TIME RESTRAINTS. PLEASE BE PATIENT, AND PLEASE DON'T EMAIL EVERY OTHER DAY ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER. WE RECEIVE 50-100 EMAILS EVERY DAY; AND IF WE WOULD REPLY THEM ALL WE WOULD HAVE NO TIME TO EXEPEDITE ORDERS!

Preorder items ship upon availability. We can never control 100% when an item will arrive, so have patience! Also, if your order includes both stock and preorder items, it will ship when everything is available (we will of course put aside the in stock items). If you want the in stock item(s) right away, you need to order them and the preorder item(s) separately.

Everything is packed safely in bubble wrappers (CDs only) or mailers with extra corner protection, or double boxes on bigger orders. Packaging is included in the price and weight calculation.

Always make sure your correct name and address is included in every order!

NB: PREPAYMENT ONLY! WE GENERALLY DON'T ACCEPT ORDERS OUTSIDE THE SHOP SYSTEM AS IT OFTEN GENERATES STOCK ERRORS AND EXTRA WORK. PLEASE JUST USE THE WEBSHOP - IT'S SIMPLE.
ORDERS PAID WITH E-CHEQUE WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE E-CHEQUE HAS CLEARED.
ORDERS PAID WITH CREDIT CARD WILL IN SOME CASES TAKE A FEW DAYS MORE TO SHIP, WHILE WAITING FOR THE PAYMENT TO CLEAR, WE WILL HOWEVER EXPEDITE THE ORDER IN DUE COURSE.

 

CANCELLATIONS
